Announcing a new Picture Perfect Contest!
Winners will be announced at the 2013 M.I. Hummel Club Convention.

Childhood is filled with giggles and glee, wonder and surprise, adventures and imagination. Sister Hummel had a gift for recognizing the special moments and tender emotions that define childhood and turning them into remarkable works of art.

Now we’re delighted to announce the Picture Perfect Contest. It’s easy to participate. Just send in a photograph or drawing that illustrates an enchanting childhood memory. Look through your albums for favorite snapshots. Take brand new photos of the children you love as they blow out their birthday candles, frolic in the backyard, wade through puddles, hurry off to school. Or try your hand at being an artist! We invite you to draw or paint a scene that reflects a childhood memory.

Whether you choose old or new photographs or original illustrations, all entries are welcome – so send as many as you like. We simply ask that photos be well focused and well lit and every submission include a descriptive caption of 25 words or less. Please note that entries will not be returned – so be sure to make copies of anything you send. The contest will be judged by the M.I. Hummel Club members at the 2013 Convention at Bally’s Las Vegas. And if any entry especially reflects the
M.I. Hummel spirit, Manufaktur Rödental reserves the right to use it as the basis of a new
figurine motif.

The Prizes
The Grand Prize winner in the M.I. Hummel Club Picture Perfect Contest will receive $1,500 U.S. toward an M.I. Hummel figurine of their choice. The First Prize Winner will receive $1,000 U.S. toward an M.I. Hummel figurine of their choice. Three runners-up will receive $500 U.S. toward an M.I. Hummel figurine of their choice.

The Winners
The contest will be judged by attendees of the M.I. Hummel Club 2013 Convention. Winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of M.I. Hummel Marketing, and no Club member may win more than one time in an 18-month period. The winners will be announced and their entries will be displayed on www.MIHummelClub.com in November, 2013.

How to Enter

1. You may enter as many pictures as you like. Be sure to include your name, address, Member Number and a caption of 25 words or less. ANY ENTRIES WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.

2. To submit your entry electronically, note “Dept IC - Contest Entry” in the subject line, attach your entry, and e-mail to Membership Services MemSrv@MIHummel.com.

3. No employee of M.I. Hummel Marketing, M.I. Hummel Company, Manufaktur Rödental, our distributors, advertising and PR agencies, suppliers or any relative of such person is eligible to enter.
All entries must be e-mailed or postmarked no later than May 31, 2013.
