Celebrating the Anniversary of the 100th Birthday of Sister M.I. Hummel
You are invited to share in the festive 100th anniversary of the birth of Sister Maria Innocentia Hummel. On this tour of a lifetime, the M.I. Hummel Club® honors the woman who has enriched the lives of so many. Included in our stay in exciting Berlin is a private tour of the Reichstag. The next day we board our deluxe chartered river boat where you unpack once for a seven day cruise on the unspoiled Elbe-River. Included are all shore excursions, all meals on-board, Champagne receptions, and evening entertainment. Among the fairytale towns and cities you will visit are Wittenberg, Dresden and Prague. While the ship cruises between ports, relax on the sun-deck and watch the countryside unroll with each bend in the river. Among the Hummel experts joining us on board will be Bob and Ruth Miller, Carrie Kulak, Director of the M.I. Hummel Club and other guest speakers. There will be special evening including a Mardi Gras night and other pleasant surprises. In Coburg, enjoy a fascinating behind-the-scenes tour of the Goebel factory. You will also participate in an elaborate birthday party that will feature local food specialties, a live band and a commerative gift. In Massing, on May 21st, the birth date of Sister M.I. Hummel, a very special day is planned. There will be many dignitaries present to honor the woman who has meant so much to the world. We will also visit the tranquil Convent of Siessen, beloved home to Sister Hummel during her adult years. This memorable tour will end in the vibrant city of Munich. Don't miss the boat! Christmas in Scotland and Germany - Nov. 29-Dec. 10, 2009
Come enjoy the Christmas traditions of two spectacular countries. There is something for everyone in the historic city of Edinburgh, Scotland. A dazzling glow is cast over the city by 200,000 holiday lights. There are four international Christmas Markets to visit. You will be piped aboard The Royal Yacht Britannia, which once belonged to England's royal family, for a most interesting tour. Travel to the Border of Scotland and participate in Da Vinci Code tour of the stone puzzle that is Roslyn Chapel. Enjoy lunch in Glasgow before browsing through its Christmas Market. We take a short flight to frankfurt, Germany from where we will travel to the captivating midieval town of Goslar. The romantic Christmas Market is located directly in front of our charming hotel. Then travel on to delightful Coburg where we will celebrate the holiday with a rousing party. A visit to the Goebel factory, and a behind-the-scenes tour to watch the production of the beloved M.I. Hummel figurine, will leave you in awe. The tour ends in everyone's favorite city, beautiful Munich. The scent of gingerbread, mulled wine and roasted chestnuts fill the market, where you can browse among row after row of colorful stalls. This tour will create magical holiday memories.

Oberammergan Passion Play Tour 2010
The Play brings the story of Jesus of Nazareth in a five hour presentation on an imposing open-air stag. Over 2000 citizens of Oberammergau enact with great devotion the story of Jesus. The play covers the period of Jesus entering Jerusalem and continues up to His death on the Cross and His resurrection. Once again the people of Oberammergau will keep the pledge they made to God over 376 years ago when the village was saved from the Black Plaque. The play is world famous and is performed every 10 years. Tickets are at a premium, therefore it is necessary to reserve play tickets and accommodation far in advance. There are two different itineraries, each one with several departure dates. You will not want to miss this unique experience which brings people from around the world to this beautiful little Bavarian Alpine Village.
